Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24–48 hours of placing it. No cancellation fee will apply during this period.

Cancellations made after 48 hours will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and any approved cancellation will be issued in the form of store credit.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and finalizing their orders before completing their purchase.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Orders are not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note:

Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return under any circumstances

Qualifying Returns

In certain situations, exceptions may be considered:

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if they wish to request a return or exchange
Requests may be considered if an order was placed in error and will be reviewed for approval
If a refund is requested back to the original payment method, a 3.5% processing fee will apply

Delivery

We do not offer white glove delivery services.

All deliveries are curbside
Customers are responsible for arranging any additional assistance needed
If required, customers may hire a third-party service to assist with moving or installation

Products manufactured by The Outdoor Plus are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee against defects in original materials and craftsmanship.

If your product shows evidence of a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or correct the issue.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by:

Misuse
Improper handling
Incorrect installation
