CANCELLATION POLICY:


• You have 24-48 hours from when you place your order to cancel. No fee will be applied

• Any cancellation AFTER 48 hours will result in a 25% restocking fee and orders will be processed as Store Credit

• CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE for finalizing their purchase

 

RETURN POLICY:

• Orders are not returnable, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Absolutely NO RETURNS on custom orders


QUALIFYING RETURNS:


• To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours if you wish to cancel or exchange the product

• A qualifying return applies to a customer who made the order by mistake and must be reviewed by T.O.P.

• Payment will be issued in the form of a check by default

• If customer prefers refund to their credit card, a 3.5% processing fee will be applied. CANNOT BE WAIVED

  • We do not offer white glove delivery

• If you need help, you will need to hire a third party

• All products from The Outdoor Plus carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee against defects in original

materials and craftsmanship.

• If your product shows evidence of defects we will fix, repair, or replace your product.

• The Outdoor Plus does not warranty products that are damaged caused by misuse or incorrect
